Tiana's journey in the world of hair began through an apprenticeship-style training, honing her skills and graduating from the esteemed Harrington Vaughan Hairdressing Academy. This experience has allowed Tiana to build a strong foundation in the art of hairstyling. Born and bred in Cromwell, Tiana has recently made the move to Wanaka, expanding her career whilst still enjoying all Central Otago has to offer.
Tiana's true calling lies in the art of colour work and styling. There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of achieving a perfectly finished look, and I thrive on the challenge of turning each client into a work of art. Additionally, my personal experience with curly hair, as I naturally have curly locks myself, gives me a unique insight into the intricacies of curls.

With over a decade of expertise dedicated to the art of hairdressing, Cassie's career started in the town of Gore; completing her apprenticeship whilst studying at SIT (Southern Institute of Technology). Her journey then led her to the vibrant and picturesque Queenstown, where she spent four years crafting stunning hair for a wide range of clients; growing, learning new techniques and stylists turning her into the stylist she is today. But Cassie's heart truly found its home in the breathtaking landscapes of Wanaka. It is here in Wanaka that she has worked for the last few years helping her clients achieve their hair dreams.

With 17 years of experience in hairdressing, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Iconic Hair. Growing up as the daughter of a hairdresser, she has always been naturally drawn to the craft. Kate completed her training in Australia and began her career with L’Oreal, where she specialised in colour correction, blondes, and communication. Over the years, she has continually enhanced her skills through various colour courses and education, working with different companies and learning from diverse work environments.
Kate specialises in creative colour work, blondes, and razor cutting. She is inspired by passionate hairstylists and loves reinventing herself to keep up with evolving trends. Her experience spans small coastal salons, big city salons, small mountain town salons, and barbershops in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. This diverse background has honed her excellent communication skills, allowing her to connect with clients and make them feel comfortable.Kate loves creating soft, lived-in hairstyles that clients can easily manage at home, ensuring they feel great about their look for months. Excelling in cutting shags, bangs, and classic bobs, always open to trying new styles if they suit her clients.
Beyond hairdressing, Kate is also a yoga teacher and prefers using natural or environmentally friendly products whenever possible. Her dual roles in hairdressing and yoga are both about making people feel good.In her spare time, Kate enjoys hiking, practicing and teaching yoga, reading, listening to music, and spending time in nature. She looks forward to being inspired by her team at Iconic Hair and making her clients feel confident and happy.
