With over a decade of experience in the art of hairdressing, Cassie’s journey began in Gore, where she completed her apprenticeship while studying at the Southern Institute of Technology (SIT). Her career then took her to Queenstown, where she spent four years honing her skills and working with a diverse range of clients. It was here that Cassie grew both as a stylist and an artist, learning new techniques that shaped her into the expert she is today.
However, it was the stunning landscapes of Wanaka that truly captured Cassie’s heart. She has spent the past few years helping clients achieve their hair dreams in this beautiful town, continuing to grow and refine her craft.
Cassie’s expertise spans every aspect of hairstyling, from precise cutting to incredible colour work. She is renowned for her "lived-in looks" and breathtaking balayage that enhance her clients' natural beauty and make them feel confident and at ease in their own skin. Senior Stylist
With 6 years in the hair industry, Kayla brings a calm, friendly energy to the salon and a passion for creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a hairdresser—drawn to all things hair and beauty and determined to build a career she truly loved.
Kayla trained through an in-salon apprenticeship, completing block courses at Harrington and Vaughan in Dunedin, and has continued to refine her skills through various education programs. She enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, but blonde work is her specialty. Her ideal day in the salon includes a variety of appointments where she can put all her skills to use.
Known for her classic style and perfectionist touch, Kayla’s approach is all about listening closely, delivering on her clients’ hair goals, and making sure every person leaves the chair feeling amazing. She's especially excited to take on more balayage transformations and be part of the vibrant, modern vibe at Iconic Hair Wanaka.
Outside of work, Kayla loves spending time with family at the lake or out on the boat, and catching up with friends over a good shopping day or lunch date.

With over eight years in the professional hair industry—and a passion for hair that started at age 15—Paige brings creativity, precision, and a personal touch to every service. She excels in blondes (from lived-in balayage to high-impact foils), curly hair, precision cuts, and soft, beachy waves.
Paige’s philosophy goes beyond creating beautiful hair—she educates her clients on maintaining their look at home, ensuring lasting confidence. Bubbly, energetic, and dedicated, she infuses every appointment with warmth, style insight, and genuine care.
Drawn to Iconic Hair for its commitment to top-tier colour, light-filled creativity, and talented team, Paige delivers both artistry and an uplifting experience. Outside the salon, she’s an avid adventurer, Ruby Roo’s mum, and always exploring new interests—currently, learning sign language tops the list.

Amelia brings over 15 years of industry experience and a heartfelt passion for colour—especially blondes, foiling, and right now, beautiful coppers. She began her journey with a high-school gateway program and apprenticeship in Auckland, later running her own salon in Ohakune and still visiting select clients there every 10–12 weeks.
Amelia believes every service starts with a great consultation—she listens closely, sets realistic expectations, and delivers looks that make clients feel confident and taken care of. Her ideal salon day includes foiling, friendly conversation, and finishing touches like soft curls and a relaxing head massage.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Amelia skiing, mountain-biking, or baking up a storm. And yes—she can fit snow chains in under five minutes!
